1 General Terms

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Another example: depositing ৳12,000 will earn you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Bets may need to be placed on specific games or game types to earn a bonus — see the detailed terms of each offer.
Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, family or household are not permitted.
ek1971 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
If any promotional offer is misused, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, ek1971 will determine the result based on the last recorded state.

7 Prohibited Activities

Attempting to manipulate the gaming system or exploiting any vulnerability.

Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and notification of law enforcement agencies where necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ek1971 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
If unauthorised access to the account is suspected.

Preserve all evidence relevant to the incident from the date the complaint is filed.
ek1971 will investigate within a reasonable time of receiving the complaint and will endeavour to provide a resolution.
In disputes relating to game results, the game server log will be considered final.
If both parties cannot reach an agreement, an attempt will be made to resolve the dispute through neutral mediation.

13 Changes to Terms

ek1971 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send a notification to the registered email address.
